Lenk is a charming town situated in the Simmental valley, Switzerland. It is a well-liked place for outdoor enthusiasts, offering skiing and snowboarding in the winter and hiking and mountain biking in the summer.
One of the best things about Lenk is its stunning natural environment. The village is surrounded by the grand peaks of the Bernese Alps, which present breathtaking views and endless opportunities for outdoor activities.
You’ll find everything you need in Lenk: supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bakery, swimming pool/spa, climbing room, bus and train stations, pubs, tourism office, various small stores, etc. Everything is at walking distance and quite often a few minutes walk from our coliving spaces. Lenk hosts approximately 2,500 inhabitants.
It includes your accommodation (with all utilities and fees covered), access to a fully equipped kitchen, coworking and common areas, and support from our local hosts to help you settle in and feel at home throughout your stay.
As a complimentary bonus, you’ll also have access to a dedicated community manager who curates weekly activities, supports your stay, and helps you connect with other guests.
You can fly into one of the following airports: Bern, Zurich, Geneva, or Sion. You can travel from these airports to Lenk via Switzerland’s efficient rail network or by car. Shuttle services can also be arranged upon request. The coliving space is within a 3 to 5-minute walk from the local train and bus stations. Check more information at sbb.ch.
Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible, so there’s no need for a car.
Yes, all rooms include a desk suitable for remote work or can be equipped with one upon request.
You can work from your room, shared coworking areas, or private spaces equipped for video calls.
A tourism tax is charged per person and added on top of the rental fee (CHF 150 for the first month, CHF 50 for the second month, and free from the third month onward). This tax includes the Simmental Card, which gives you free public transportation within the valley and nearby areas.
Private rooms and studios are no longer available for double occupancy. If you are staying with another person, please book an apartment instead.
Guests have access to coworking spaces, living areas, kitchens, ftinerss room, and outdoor spaces.
Yes, this is possible only in apartments. If you book a regular 1-bedroom or premium 1-bedroom apartment for two people, a CHF 150 surcharge applies for the second person.
Yes, there’s an onsite fitness room available for participants.
Events include communal dinners, outdoor excursions, workshops, and cultural activities based on guests’ interests. The activities are tailored to individuals in the community.
Yes, we provide basic shared hygiene products such as soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. However, we recommend bringing your personal toiletries for specific needs or preferences.
In Lenk, electric bicycles are available for guests to use, making it easy to explore the surroundings.
