What is Hubs?

Hubs is a coliving and coworking community designed for remote workers, digital nomads, and entrepreneurs. We provide comfortable accommodations, reliable workspaces, and a vibrant community in inspiring locations around the world. 

What is a workation?

A workation combines work and vacation, enabling professionals to work remotely while enjoying a change of scenery. It’s an opportunity to boost creativity, reduce burnout, and experience new cultures while maintaining productivity.

Do I need a job to join?

No, having a job is not a requirement. Hubs welcomes freelancers, entrepreneurs, and even those on sabbatical or exploring personal projects.

Do I need a visa?

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the country where the Hubs location is situated. While Hubs can provide general guidance, it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visa for your stay.

Are workations available year-round?

No, Hubs workations are not available year-round. Each location has specific dates during spring, autumn, and winter. Contact us for the exact schedule and availability.

Can I come with my children?

Yes, families with their kids are welcome.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we are pet friendly, so your furry friend is very welcome.

Are there any pets on the properties?

Some colivers may bring pets. While pets owners are required to book private acommodations, it’s important to inform us if you have allergies or specific concerns.

Can I have a friend visit me during my stay?

Yes, visitors are allowed. Please, notify us in advance to arrange any necessary accommodations.

How can I get to Hubs?

You can fly into one of the following airports: Bern, Zurich, Geneva, or Sion. You can travel from these airports to Lenk via Switzerland’s efficient rail network or by car. Shuttle services can also be arranged upon request. The coliving space is within a 3 to 5-minute walk from the local train and bus stations. Check more information at sbb.ch.

Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?

Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible. We also provide electric bikes for free use, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without the need for a car.

Are there any bicycles on the property?

In Lenk, electric bicycles are available for guests to use, making it easy to explore the surroundings.

How can I get to Hubs?

You can fly into one of the following airports: Ljubljana, Trieste, Venice, Klagenfurt, or Treviso. We can arrange a shuttle service between the airport and Bovec for a fair price.

Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?

A car is available for shared use. Guests only need to cover the cost of fuel, which can be divided among those using it. This is a great perk to explore the surrounding areas. Fuel in Slovenia is affordable, approximately €1.5/l.

Which is the closest ski resort?

The closest spot for ski touring is a 10-minute drive from the coliving space. The nearest ski resort with lifts is 40 minutes away. While the Bovec ski resort (Kanin) is currently closed, the closest ski resorts are:

How can I get to Hubs?

You can arrive via Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, which is well-connected to major cities worldwide. From the airport, public transportation, taxis, or shuttle services are available to reach the coliving space. Check more information at bkk.hu.

Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?

You can rely on the public transport system to move around the city. This includes trams, buses, and metro services that connect all major parts of the city efficiently.

Facilities & Amenities

Is there Internet in the rooms?

Yes, fast and reliable Wi-Fi adapted to remote work is available throughout the property.

Are there desks in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms include desks suitable for remote work.

Where can I get work done?

You can work from your room, shared coworking areas, or private spaces equipped for video calls.

Is there a laundry?

Yes, laundry facilities are available at the coliving.

Which common areas will I have access to?

Guests have access to coworking spaces, living areas, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.

When can I use the workspace?

Workspaces are available 24/7.

Do you provide shared hygiene products?

Yes, we provide basic shared hygiene products such as soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. However, we recommend bringing your personal toiletries for specific needs or preferences.

Can I ship items to Hubs?
Yes, you can ship items to our coliving.
Is there a gym at Hubs?

At Hubs Swiss Alps in Lenk, a fitness room is available onsite for participants. In Bovec, there’s a nearby gym you can use, while in Budapest, you’ll find a variety of fitness studios and gyms located throughout the city. Please note that gym access is not included in the fees for Hubs Slovenian Alps or Budapest.

Community & Activities

How many people can stay at Hubs?

Do I have to attend all organized group activities?

We value your privacy and want you to feel completely at home, so participation in group activities is always optional.

What kind of activities do you usually facilitate?

Events include communal dinners, outdoor excursions, workshops, and cultural activities based on guests’ interests. The activities are tailored to individuals in the community.

Can I organize an activity for the community?

Yes, we encourage guests to share their skills and interests by organizing activities.

Can I stay on the coliving if I don’t want to join any of the activities?

Yes, you’re welcome to stay even if you choose not to participate in the community activities.

Booking & Cancellation

How can I book a stay?

To reserve your spot, fill out the reservation form on our website. Once submitted, you will receive the acommodation options available on your preferred dates plus the payment instructions. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon arrival.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the location and booking terms. All details will be provided after you place your reservation and before you confirm your accommodation or proceed with payment.

Why is one month the minimum stay duration?

A minimum stay ensures that guests have enough time to integrate into the community and fully benefit from the workation experience.

Do I get discounts if I stay longer?

Yes, we offer discounts for 2-month and 3-month stays at all our locations.
